PMR GUITAR LESSONS LLC
STUDENT LESSONS AGREEMENT

• By signing up for lessons with PMR Guitar Lessons LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Your participation in lessons serves as acceptance of these terms.

• This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on  by and between:

  • PMR Guitar Lessons LLC, located in Phoenix AZ

  • Student Participant of PMR Guitar Lessons LLC

• 1. Lesson Details

  • Lessons will be conducted online through Zoom at the agreed-upon schedule.

  • The duration and price of each lesson will be chosen by the student through the Wix Scheduling page.

  • The Student agrees to attend lessons at the scheduled time or notify the Instructor of any scheduling conflicts at least 24 hours in advance.

• 2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due before lessons begin via Wix.

  • Failure to pay on time will result in the suspension of lessons until payment is received.

  • PMR Guitar Lessons LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to the Student.

• 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for the missed lesson.

  • In the event the Instructor cancels, a makeup lesson will be scheduled or a full refund will be issued.

• 4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed lessons.

  • Lessons already paid for but not conducted will be refunded on a prorated basis.

• 5. Liability

  • The Instructor is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Student during lessons.

  • The Student agrees to hold PMR Guitar Lessons LLC harmless from any claims arising out of the lessons.

• ​6. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 1 days’ written notice.

  • Lessons already paid for but not conducted will be refunded on a prorated basis.

• 7. Intellectual Property

  • All instructional materials provided by PMR Guitar Lessons LLC remain the property of the Instructor and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written consent.

• 8. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.

  • Any amendments must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.​
