STUDENT LESSONS AGREEMENT

By signing up for lessons with PMR Guitar Lessons LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms.

Lessons are conducted in a relaxed, professional setting, with an emphasis on communication, flexibility, and mutual respect.

Lessons may be conducted in person or online (via Zoom) at mutually agreed times.
Lesson duration and pricing are determined through communication between the instructor and student, typically arranged through the Wix booking page or by direct message.
Scheduling is designed to be flexible. If any conflicts arise, rescheduling or adjustments are always negotiable—just communicate in advance whenever possible.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made in various formats, including Wix, Venmo, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.
Payment is typically due before or at the time of the lesson, depending on the chosen format.Rates and policies may occasionally be adjusted, with reasonable notice provided to all students.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Since lessons are personalized and flexible, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a lesson needs to be missed or rescheduled, communication is the key — as long as notice is given in good faith, adjustments will always be made fairly.
If the instructor cancels, a makeup lesson or credit will always be offered.

5. Liability

The instructor is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the student during lessons.
The student agrees to hold PMR Guitar Lessons LLC harmless from any claims arising from participation in lessons.

6. Termination of Agreement

Either party may end lessons at any time with reasonable notice.Any prepaid lessons not yet conducted will be refunded or credited appropriately.

7. Instructional Materials

All materials, charts, and visuals created by PMR Guitar Lessons LLC remain the property of the instructor.
Students are welcome to use and reference these materials for personal study, but they may not be shared or distributed without permission.

8. General Terms

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior arrangements.
Any changes or special arrangements can be discussed and agreed upon in writing or by mutual understanding.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
